Who We Are

Jaggers Construction Inc. is a family owned business with deep roots in the Knoxville and Lenoir City area.  Deron Jaggers, President and Licensed Contractor received his Masters Degree from the University of Tennessee and then worked for John Deere and Volvo Construction Divisions in the US and Europe.  Because there is no place like home and because of a love for construction, Deron and his wife Kim left the corporate world and brought their three children back to East Tennessee with a desire to build a company which will someday be passed on to their children--a company known for quality and high standards.

This unique husband-wife construction company not only builds on multiple talents but also multiple perspectives.  Utilizing his ability to organize people and resources, Deron is on-site assuring quality at every level.   Kim utilizes her project management background to track and control costs.  She also assures that the female perspective is not overlooked in their homes.  These two perspectives result in attention to detail and exquisite homes that are built with quality and forethought.
